DIP-120 (Dual Inertial Platform) is an integrated measurement unit improved to be suitable to major stresses of high performance race vehicle. It’s provided by two inertial platform having three axial accelerometers and three gyroscopes each one. Voltage supply and Communication Line (CAN) also have been doubled to get a fully redundant system. It can be used in car and motorbike racing applications. In case of motorbike application, the bank angle estimation can be performed. Measurement must be supported by vehicle speed information to the device via CAN Line. Download datasheet.
